1. What should I bring on the boat tour?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable shoes, and a camera. If you're planning to swim, don't forget your swimsuit and a towel!
2. How long is the boat tour?
Our standard tours typically last between 2-8 hours, depending on the package you select. We also offer custom tours upon request.
3. Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes! Feel free to bring snacks and beverages aboard. We also ask that you dispose of all waste properly to help keep the environment clean.
4. Is the boat suitable for children?
Yes, our boat is family-friendly, and we welcome children of all ages. However, please ensure that children are supervised by an adult at all times.
5. How many people can the boat accommodate?
Please give us a call and we can discuss accommodations for your group.
6. Is the tour weather-dependent?
Safety is our priority, so if weather conditions are unfavorable (such as storms or high winds), we may reschedule your tour. We’ll keep you updated, and you’ll have the option to rebook or receive a refund.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled boat tour.
Cancellations made one week in advance of the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund of the deposit. No-shows or cancellations the day of will not be eligible for a refund. Transfers: If you need to change the date of your tour, we will do our best to accomodate you based on availability, but changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Absolutely! Let us know your preferences, and we can tailor the tour to include specific sights, activities, or interests. We aim to give you a memorable experience.
9. Are there restrooms on the boat?
Yes! Our boat is equipped with a restroom for your convenience.

Yes! Our captain is highly experienced and knowledgeable about the local area, ensuring both your safety and enjoyment throughout the tour.
11. Do you offer private tours?
Yes, we offer private tours for you and your group. You’ll have the boat all to yourselves, and we’ll personalize the tour to fit your preferences.
12. Can we bring our pets?
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we do not allow pets on the boat. We appreciate your understanding!
13. How can I book a tour?
You can easily book a tour by giving us a call to check dates and pay the required $100 deposit on our website.
14. What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. You may want to bring a light jacket or sweater in case it gets cool on the water depending on the time of year.
15. Is tipping the captain customary?
Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated if you had a great experience. It’s up to your discretion!
16. Are the boat tours always private?
Yes! All our boat tours are private, meaning it's just you and your group aboard for a more personal and intimate experience.
17. Do I need to bring a life jacket for my child?
No, we provide life jackets for all passengers, including children. However, we prefer to know ahead of time the age and size of your child to ensure we pack the proper life jacket size for their safety and comfort. Rest assured, safety is our top priority!
18. Where do your tours usually take you?
Our tours primarily explore the beautiful waterways of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and the scenic canals where you can view stunning homes. On the longer tours, we also visit Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Cabbage Key, a local hotspot where you can see large turtles and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. We’ll show you the best sights of our local area! Along the way, we can stop at local hot spots for lunch and drinks, giving you a chance to unwind and enjoy the local vibe!
